المطبخ الهندي “كينارا”

يقدم مطعم كينارا وجبات هندية فاخرة

تأسس مطعم كينارا لأول مرة في سنغافورة ويمثل الثقافة الهندية التي تجمع أشهى الوجبات الهندية والمغربية إضافة إلى الموسيقى والديكور والأجواء الرائعة في آن واحد. وبعد ذلك، تم نقل الفكرة إلى إندونيسيا ليتم إفتتاح مطعم كينارا في عام 2001م في حي “كيمان” الذي يوجد في قلب المنطقة التجارية الليلية في جنوب العاصمة جاكرتا.

تعني كلمة “كينارا” في اللغة الهندية الحافة أو نقطة الإلتقاء، ولذلك يعتبر مطعم كينارا ملتقى ومكان مميز للإستمتاع بأجواء الترفيه والتسلية وتجارب الطبخ المشتركة.

قمنا بتصميم (3) ثلاث مطابخ دولية متخصصة يشرف فيها الماستر تشيف على المطابخ الحلال لتلبية طلبات زبائننا الكرام الراغبين في الإستمتاع بتجربة أفضل وأرقى الأطباق الهندية الأصيلة.

ابدأ تجربتك في تذوق الوجبات الهندية وافتتح شهيتك بطبق الساموسا النباتية ثم أتبعها أطباق الكاري المتنوعة واختتم جلستك بتذوق نكهة آيس كريم “كولفي” التقليدي. وكذلك نقدم حلويات – قد تبدو شائعة في الهند – لكننا نحرص في تصميمها بالتشبت بالإصالة حيث تبدو وكأنها مصنوعة في البيوت التقليدية.
